We process the data provided to manage the subscription to the weekly Eco newsletter, respond to informative enquiries and send communications related to sustainable development and environmental protection. We do not carry out automated profiling or individual decisions based solely on automated processing.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent of the user, provided when filling in the subscription form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
4. Retention
Data will be kept while the subscription remains active and, afterwards, during the legal periods required to address any liabilities arising from the processing.
